What is the processing time for my order?
We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days.
What is the delivery timeframe ?
- France : 2 to 5 business days
- Europe (UE) : 3 to 7 business days
- Outside Europe / International : 5 to 12 business days
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods (holidays, promotions, etc.).
These timeframes are provided for reference only. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.) beyond our control.
Do you accept custom orders ?
Yes, we do. The cost is often higher than our standard prices, but please feel free to email us with your needs and requests, and we can discuss it further.

What sizes do you offer ?
We offer custom orders and sizes, but our current standard sizes are as follows:
- 30x40 cm
- 50x70 cm
- 70x100 cm
Do you have a showroom or a physical store ?
We do not have a showroom or physical store at the moment.
Our business is entirely online, which allows us to offer fair prices and a seamless experience, no matter where you are.
Where should I enter my discount code ?
You can enter your discount code directly in the cart, even before proceeding to checkout.
On the cart page, just above the estimated total, you will see a field labeled "Discount code."
Enter your code in this field, then click "Apply."
The discount amount will be automatically displayed and deducted from the total before payment.
I forgot to enter a discount code. Can you apply it later?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount code after the order has been placed. To benefit from a discount, please make sure to enter your code during the checkout process before payment.
